Mr. Milia has 25 years of experience in the real estate investment industry in the areas of development, finance, construction, management and leasing of commercial, office, industrial and residential properties. He has been active as a principal in over $500 Million of real estate investments and additionally has been involved as a consultant for real estate transactions totaling in excess of $2 Billion.

Mr. Milia holds a degree in finance and real estate from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration and has been a past adjunct professor and guest lecturer at the University of Michigan. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Mortgage Bankers Association (NMBA) and the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO).
