Andrew Milia, President of Franklin Property Corporation, has 28 years of experience in the real estate investment industry. He has been active as a principal in over $500 million of real estate investments and additionally has been involved as a consultant for real estate transactions totaling in excess of $2 billion. His expertise extends to the fields of development, finance, construction, management and leasing of commercial, office, industrial and residential properties.
Mr. Milia holds a degree in finance and real estate from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration and has been a past adjunct professor and guest lecturer at the University of Michigan. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Mortgage Bankers Association (NMBA) and the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO). Mr. Milia has also served on a number of boards of charitable organizations in the metropolitan Detroit area.
