Dundee, Michigan - Industrial
In conjunction with investor partners, Franklin Property Corporation acquired 95-acres of prime land in Dundee, Michigan (Monroe County), near the US-23 and M-50 interchange in 2003. The property features railroad access and is adjacent to the new, multi-billion dollar Chrysler engine plant. FPC successfully rezoned sixty (60)-acres to an M-1 zoning to attract corporate and industrial companies. The remaining thirty-five (35)-acres has been held for future residential development.
