The property was acquired with its joint venture partner, Lutz Real Estate Investments, in 2001. The partnership completed a $15,000,000 renovation project, including a new state-of-the-art 70,000 square foot Giant Foods grocery store. The property was successfully sold in 2007 to a pension fund.

Cheshire Park is a 90-unit, single-family and townhome development located in Independence Township (Clarkston), Michigan. Developed by FPC in 2005, Cheshire Park is the residential component of a larger, mixed-use development including medical, retail and office. The development is located directly across the street from the new $600,000,000 McLaren Health Care Village. FPC developed the site and sold the lots to two (2) prominent homebuilding companies.
Franklin, Michigan - Residential
Franklin Farms is a premier residential neighborhood in the Village of Franklin, featuring million-dollar homes on estate-sized lots. Following a lengthy bid process, Franklin Property Corporation successfully entered into an agreement in 1994 to buy this family homestead. Working closely with the family, FPC was able to retain a number of structures on the homestead, preserving the character of the property while maximizing its appeal as a new, high-end, subdivision. FPC developed the subdivision and sold the lots to a premier homebuilding company.
