Franklin Property Corporation

In 1999, anticipating continued growth in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area, Franklin Property Corporation acquired this 75-acre parcel located in Augusta Township, directly across the street from the 150-acre Lincoln Consolidated School Campus. The development was the first to be approved under the municipality's PUD ordinance. The project features 142-homesites each, backing up to common areas and parks.
