Bradford Plaza is a 123,000 square foot grocery-anchored retail shopping center located in West Chester, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia). The property was acquired with its joint venture partner, Lutz Real Estate Investments in 2001. The partnership completed a $15,000,000 renovation project, including a new state-of-the-art 70,000 square foot Giant Foods grocery store. The property was successfully sold in 2007 to a pension fund.
