Franklin Farms is a premier residential neighborhood in the Village of Franklin, featuring million-dollar homes on estate-sized lots. Following a lengthy bid process, Franklin Property Corporation successfully entered into an agreement in 1994 to buy this family homestead. Working closely with the family, the Company was able to retain a number of structures on the homestead, preserving the character of the property while maximizing its appeal as a new subdivision.
