Franklin Property Corporation

Located in a prime infill area within the Woodcreek section of Farmington Hills, The Reserve at Woodcreek was a challenging site from an environmental and entitlement standpoint. After many development attempts had been thwarted by three previous developers, Franklin Property Corporation successfully acquired the property in 2000 and worked closely with city planning and engineering officials to meet the stringent site challenges, including wetland, woodland, soil and utility issues. The site, which features beautiful, custom homes, was sold out in two years.
